Making a purchase indicates that you have acknowledged, understood, and agreed to adhere to the following terms and conditions.

The following terms are applicable for any products that you have purchased from www.kyle.co.in.

• Kindly review our exchange policy for any product-related issues.
• If you received a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us via Chat Support on our website or via email at kylebkonline@gmail.com. We will arrange a pick-up and dispatch a new piece.
• There are some items that are not eligible for returns or exchange.
• SALE items are non-refundable and non exchangeable.

What is the Exchange policy on www.kyle.co.in?

• As our policy we do not provide refund on any product once sold.
• Within 10 days of receipt, only unused goods will be accepted for exchange.
• Items available for exchange must be unused, intact, and in their original packaging (labels, tags, boxes, plastic wrap).
• Once the product is sold, it can be exchanged for a bigger or a smaller size (provided the aforementioned terms and conditions are met).
• A customer will be issued a store credit in case the desired size of the product is not in stock. Store credit can be redeemed at any time on the next purchase from our website.
• If the product is not from SALE section and are eligible for exchange, you may contact the support through the Chat Support in our website or email us at kylebkonline@gmail.com. Within 48 hours, your request for an exchange will be processed. Please mention your name, your contact number, your order number, and your request for an exchange.
• Once your exchange request is acknowledged by our team, we will generate a pick-up for exchange and dispatch the desired product to you only after the returned item has been received in our warehouse and the condition/ quality check has been accepted.
